The challenge
Large mixed-use sites rarely fail on one big thing. They fail on compartmentation gaps, blocked routes and unclear management arrangements spread across areas with different uses, different staff and different hours.
What we did
Delivered with our sister brand Fire Risk Specialists, the site was assessed area by area — warehouse, vehicle storage, retail and office — with escape routes walked, precautions checked and management arrangements reviewed with the site team.
The outcome
A single report covering the whole site, with findings ranked by risk so the responsible person could plan remedial work in a sensible order rather than reacting to whichever issue was raised loudest.
