How we price an EPC

Price follows the survey, not a flat call-out fee. A studio flat takes far less time to survey and model than a five-bedroom house with an extension and a converted loft, so we reflect that honestly rather than charging everyone the same rate.

Our fees always include the RdSAP survey, the certificate lodged on the national EPC Register, and same or next working day turnaround as standard. There's no charge for the quote and no hidden booking fee.

If you manage several properties in one block or portfolio, tell us the number. One visit covering several addresses is cheaper per property, and the certificates arrive lodged in a consistent, easy-to-track batch.
